The Bible tells us that Christians can have a genuine and intimate relationship with the Holy Spirit. Unfortunately, many Christians are cautious of the Holy Spirit. With much controversy around the gifts of the Holy Spirit, Destination Church is striving to authentically examine what the Bible teaches. 1 Corinthians 12-14 speaks of people in the church receiving "revelations". These impressions happened spontaneously, internally and individually. The Spirit then works in and through people to deliver them for the encouragement of others. This activity is referred to as prophecy. The scripture tells us that what Christians perceive and share, is imperfect, and must be evaluated.
