We Celebrate What We Value
We celebrate for many reasons - personal, family, sporting events, but God calls us to celebrate certain events for certain reasons. Passover was a celebration to remember what God had done for the Jewish nation and to look forward that He would continue to provide for them. A New Testament example of a celebration is the Lord's Supper. Together, as the body of Christ, we can celebrate what God did for us through Jesus and have faith that we'll spend eternity with Him.
